Corrections Policy
How to report an error and how we check and fix it.
Data about online casinos changes often: operators adjust bonuses, payout limits, licences and the set of responsible gambling tools. We try to keep the information up to date, but we can make mistakes or fail to keep up with a change. If you spot an inaccuracy, let us know.
How to report an error
Write to [email protected]. To help us sort it out faster, please include where possible:
- a link to the page with the error;
- what exactly is wrong and what the correct value should be;
- a source, if you have one (for example, the terms page on the casino’s website).
Response times
We prioritise corrections:
- Critical data — licence, bonus terms, payment methods and timeframes, responsible gambling tools. We check such reports first and aim to fix them within 3–5 business days.
- Other inaccuracies — wording, typos, outdated details — are fixed on a routine basis.
What happens after you contact us
We check the report against the primary source — the casino’s official website, the text of the rules, the regulator’s register. If the error is confirmed, we make the correction. If the data is ambiguous, we may request clarification or note in the review that the information needs checking.
Transparency of edits
Substantial changes to the factual part of a review are reflected in its update date. We do not backdate a page and we do not pass off a cosmetic edit as a meaningful update — see our editorial policy.
Other ways to get in touch are on the contact page.
