Skywind Group was founded in 2012. In 2022, Playson games were integrated into its SkyWind 360 platform for the Romanian brands Princess Casino, Luck.com, Magnumbet.ro and Cashpot.ro. In 2023, the company announced a partnership with the operator Sportbet in Italy and a launch with Casino Lugano, and in 2025 it released a series of new games.
